[1] You will probably never be limited, but if you index so much code that
we lose money storing your indexes, we may either cap your storage or
ask you to pay extra for it. Is it not easy to have this problem; for
example, with 20 paid users you can index 3M commits of open-source
projects from 70000 authors, totaling 74M lines of code and you would be
under half the limit.
[2] You can freely transfer a license between Team and Cloud once both have
shipped.
[3] This is not a hard limit, but I'm not sure how well the service will
scale beyond 100 users. You may have performance or reliability issues.
